Concordia Realty Corporation was founded in 1989 to provide leasing and property management services to third party owners.
Since then, the company has grown to specialize in aggressive repositioning of shopping centers, multifamily residential, multi-tenant office/industrial and freestanding commercial properties that create new value for their own account and third party partners, and we have developed, redeveloped, invested in, operated, managed and sold more than $500 million worth of commercial real estate.
Our company has always focused on finding the hidden value in underutilized real estate, and we continually strive to realize the full potential of a property with thorough research, intensive hands-on management, and innovative development and financing techniques. We are equally comfortable with well-occupied properties requiring incremental improvements or those that demand significant redevelopment, renewal, renovation or reconstruction.
A related entity, Concordia Realty Management, Inc., provides third party property management, redevelopment and property accounting services for institutional owners (i.e. banks, insurance companies and pension funds), real estate investment trusts (REIT) and private real estate ownership entities.
Through various joint ventures, Concordia Realty has also developed multifamily residential, loft condo conversions and invests in affordable housing communities.
Our full service organization revitalizes properties and the communities where they exist by investing in, developing, re-tenanting, renovating and actively managing shopping centers, multifamily residential, office/industrial and mixed use developments. Concordia Realty has also recently been involved with acquiring portfolios of freestanding, single-tenant properties throughout the United States.
